SHIPPING POLICY

We offer the convenience of getting houseplants sent straight to your door. We also offer local pick up at no cost. Due to high volumes, please allow up to 7 days for your plant to ship. We will make every attempt to ship promptly, but please remember we are a small business.

Please note your order will ship within 1-7 shipping business days. Our shipping business days are Tuesday-Thursday in hopes that our plants will not be sitting at the post office over a weekend. We want our plants to arrive in great condition to you. Thank you! 

Orders (including preorders) are not able to be cancelled after they are placed. Store credit will be given for the amount purchased to be used at a future time but refunds will not be given. 

*We reserve the right to ship plants semi-bare root at any time if the package weighs in more than what was quoted through USPS.*

RETURN POLICY

Online: We carefully inspect all plants before shipping, if there is an issue with your plants health please contact us within 24 hours. Other than health issues, we do not accept returns. We carefully package and ship every plant with care and love, but are not responsible for USPS handling errors. If by chance your plant comes damaged or does not arrive, we can help you file a claim with USPS, but again are not responsible. Filing a USPS claim is the only way to receive a refund in this case.

Winter shipping policy: 

Heat packs can be purchased for orders being shipped during colder months. We recommend purchasing if temperatures are below 30-40 degrees Fahrenheit. One heat pack can be used for up to 8 plants.

 

These heat packs supply your plants with 72 hours of warmth but are not meant to protect plants after delivered. Please be sure to get your plant shortly after it arrives in colder months or make alternate arrangements. We hope this helps your plants arrive in good condition and stay warm during their transit. If you choose to not purchase a heat pack in cold months, we will not be responsible for any damages related to cold.

In store: We pride ourselves on healthy & quality plants but if you happen to come across a problem with your newly purchased plant, please give us a call or come into the store the same day your plants were purchased. We do not accept returns after that time period.
